I reserve the right to decline a commission, especially if I feel I am being disrespected or uncomfortable before or during the communication process. A partial refund will be made if I cancel the commission.
Full payment is upfront and non-negotiable. Payments are to be made through Paypal.
Please feel free to speak up at any time during the process in regards to edits. My only exception is major edits, such as changing the pose entirely. I will be happy to make such an edit, but if I am 3/4 of the way done (generally halfway-3/4 done with rendering), I will charge an extra 5$ since it'll be redoing everything at that point!
Updates are allowed to be requested, and will be offered at each stage. Please do not ping me every day for updates.
Please allow me at least two weeks to finish commissions. I deal with chronic migraines nearly every day and use special color filters to stay on any devices for extended periods of time; when I reach flats and rendering I must shut them off, which cuts into how long I can sit for each session.
PLEASE provide clear references. Preferably a front, back, and side unobstructed, and if there are any shadows that can throw off colors, please provide a color palette.

* A link from the CSP Assets store must be provided both for me to purchase and download the asset. Anything that costs "gold" currency will have the price of its purchase added to the commission fee (for example; something that costs 1000 gold is roughly 10$ USD, so 10$ USD would be added to the commission price). Free background image materials would be provided for free/with no additional costs to the final commission price, but again, a link must be provided.
I will not accept stock art outside of CSP assets, as there is no way for me to verify if it is free to use.
